• Provided that the upper age limit is relaxable by five years for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes / Persons with disabilities and Children/Grand Children of Freedom Fighters of Himachal Pradesh.
• Age relaxation is also available to Ex-servicemen candidates of H.P. for the post of Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Combined Competitive Examination- the age of 45 years on the first day of January of the year in which the applications are invited by the Commission for Competitive examination.
